We've reserved a room block at the Emery for our guests. The deadline to book your room at the discounted rate is August 19th, 2026.

Getting around
Transportation
Ceremony
A shuttle will be provided for guests staying at the hotel to the ceremony at the Peace Garden, departing at 2:30 PM.
If you are not staying at the hotel, we ask that you make your own arrangements to get to the ceremony at the Peace Garden.
Reception
A shuttle will be provided for all guests from the ceremony at the Peace Garden to the reception at Diane's Place at 4:30 PM.
Getting home
Please plan to drive, grab a ride, or take an Uber from the reception at the end of the night.
Attire
Cocktail attire with a polished feel. For women, we suggest a midi or full-length dress, or an elegant jumpsuit. For men, a suit or blazer with dress pants and a button-down shirt with tie is encouraged.
Above all, wear something you feel confident and comfortable celebrating in.
The ceremony is outdoors on grass — plan your shoes accordingly!
